The Energy Weekly began as a simple idea: provide energy professionals with a valuable source of industry news.
This podcast is for everyone, whether you are drilling wells in West Texas or crunching numbers in Denver.
Our primary goal is to make the most out of the time you give us. If we can educate you on something new or help your professional development, that goal has been achieved.
We appreciate you checking out our production and look forward to growing over the years into a valued part of your day.
Meet The Team
After growing up in a small town called Midland, Andrew graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He has spent time studying energy in both Qatar and China, which is where his friendship with James began. He now works as a reservoir engineer for a large E&P company in Houston. He is an active trader, a Chipotle regular, and now...a caster.
Growing up in the quiet confines of Kemah, Texas, James was exposed to the energy industry via a tour of the Ocean Star Rig Museum in Galveston and went on to graduate with a Petroleum Engineering degree at Texas A&M. He spent a semester studying in Qatar and that is where he met Andrew. He now works at Criterion Research, a startup oil & gas news and data firm looking to bring color to a complicated industry. He is an active jiu-jitsu practitioner, a semi-amateur chef, and now... a caster.
